Carnot transformed its data workflows from manual and fragmented to automated and reusable
“We’ve eliminated 4–5 hours of manual data handling per cycle. Our engineers now go straight from test to insight because Key Ward auto-connects to our rigs, instantly structuring data for analysis and optimization.”

About the study
Carnot manages large volumes of engineering data generated from engine testing using sensors and simulation. Each test produces measurements across multiple parameters, such as engine performance, revolutions per minute (RPMs), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
However, Carnot’s data was distributed across disconnected systems, manually processed and time-consuming to prepare and analyze.
As a result, engineering teams spent significant time organizing data before they could begin validation and analysis. This slowed KPI evaluation, correlation analysis and validation workflows. Re-running physical tests to fill gaps was costly and impractical.
