Autoneum reached optimal acoustic performance for an advanced material using structured data and a repeatable workflow
“What used to take days now takes minutes. We spend less time processing data and more time making decisions. We have clear visibility into the data that is being used to train our models.”

About the study
Autoneum needed to identify a foam material that met strict acoustic performance requirements for an automotive hood panel. However, the available data came from timeintensive physical testing and contained gaps, including missing values for diffuse field absorption, a critical acoustic property.
Without these values: datasets were incomplete, analysis could not proceed, product decisions were delayed. Re-running physical tests to fill gaps was costly and impractical.
